How to Remove Your Alpine Wipers - Service Mode

Applies to: Alpine A290 (2024+), Alpine A110

Need to reach the wipers on your Alpine? Some models use service mode. Others let you lift the wiper arms straight from the windscreen. Use the steps below for the models listed here.

How to Access Your Alpine Wiper Blades

  1. For the Alpine A290: Turn your car off. Within 10 seconds pull the wiper stalk towards you and hold for about 3 seconds. The wipers will lift to a service position.
  2. For the Alpine A110: The wipers rest on the glass and can be lifted directly. Turn the car off and lift the wiper arm away from the windscreen carefully.
  3. Replace blades.
  4. To return: turn the car on and activate the wipers once.

Just one quick check

The A290 uses a sequence similar to the Renault 5 E-Tech. The A110 normally lets you lift the wipers directly from the glass.
